ACCEPTED INSURANCE PLANS
Dear Patient,
At Harvard Eye Associates, our priority is to provide exceptional eye care while helping patients maintain convenient access to the physicians and services they know and trust.
Because insurance networks can change from time to time, we wanted to share a friendly reminder regarding the medical and vision plans currently accepted by our practice. Most of our insurance participation remains the same, and the majority of our patients will see no change to their coverage with us.
WHAT’S THE SAME:
For most patients, nothing has changed.
Harvard Eye Associates continues to participate with many of the same medical and vision plans we have historically accepted.
WHAT’S NEW
- We are now accepting Anthem Blue Cross Pathway EPO.
- We will begin accepting SoCal Vision Partners effective July 1, 2026 with select providers. Please contact our office to confirm if your physician participates.,
WHAT’S CHANGING
- Providence Medical Foundation (formerly St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare) has chosen to end its contract with Harvard Eye Associates, effective May 27, 2026.
- This decision was made by Providence, not by our practice. If you are currently covered through Providence/St. Joseph’s, please contact our office so we can help you understand your options.
