I had a possible retinal tear and while most of OCs retina specialists dont accept my insurance, they do. I called them without a referral but because I had a potentially urgent condition, they tried to squeeze me in as urgently as possible. The only problem is they only have one retina physician, Dr. Brian Kim, and he was booked more than two weeks out. They scheduled an appointment for me in two weeks but to my surprise, the receptionist called me back a couple of hours later to tell me they had a cancellation, so they got me in in two days. They dont have a cancellation list either; she just remembered me! At this point, Im very impressed at the quality of their staff. During my appointment, I had the most personable tech who made me feel at ease. He was also extremely knowledgable and explained every exam and the subsequent findings. When I finally got to meet Dr. Kim, I was utterly impressed lets just say I have a boatload of experience with doctors, having worked with them for 15 years and also having been a chronic patient for the last five. Hes so upbeat, friendly and explains things thoroughly. Hes very gentle and clearly loves what hes doing. I cant imagine how many times these physicians have to explain the same things over and over but he did so graciously. I left his office with complete faith in his ability and gratitude that I came upon this practice from a simple Google search. I highly recommend them!

Provided very thorough information for cataract surgery and post care. Staff was very helpful, friendly attentive.

Dr. Keller in Orange did both of my husbands cataract surgeries. One in April 2016 and one in May 2016. My husband is so happy with his eyesight. There were no problems with the surgery, easy recuperation. Colors that had grown dim over time are now popping for him! He says its like high def TV. He chose the premium lenses and is so glad he did. No glasses needed at all and his sight is 20/20. He is 68 years old and hasnt seen this well in years! Thank you, again, Dr. Keller!
