Had my lasik surgery done here. Excellent and very professional staff from the front desk to the medical assistants. Dr. Choi and Dr. Hovanesian made my experience here very comfortable and were very thorough during the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Had such a great experience from start to finish with Harvard Eye. The receptionist who greeted me was very nice and thanked me for filling out my paperwork ahead of time. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room before being escorted back. I met with Dr. Jacobs and his medical assistant, who were was amazing! Dr. Jacobs definitely doesnt have your typical doctor bedside manor. He was very friendly and relatable, but also professional in the way he explained everything to me. I had been experiencing a lower eyelid twitch for about three months that would just not go away. Being a nurse, I had somewhat of an idea as to what was going on with my eye, but Dr. Jacobs asked me questions I wouldnt of even thought of. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in great hands. He suggested injecting a few units of Botox to help relax the muscles. So I came back a week later for my treatment, and after just two days, my eye twitch was COMPLETELY GONE. I was so happy!! I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Jacobs when I need my next eye exam!! I highly recommend booking an appointment with him if youre looking for an exceptional eye doctor all around!

I know its scary to have doctors appointments or surgery during Covid... I was cautious, but ALL of my fears were put to rest when I showed up for numerous appointments and three eye surgeries during COVID. My eyes were so totally messed up and I was so, so incredibly afraid to lose my sight. The EXCELLENT care Ive received by Dr. Kim, Dr. Dhoot, and Dr. Teymoorian and Cameron (my favorite tech) made these last two years much less scary and the surgeries much less daunting.Anyway, first, when you go to the office, your eye buddy needs to wait the office. They have a really nice area outside with a bench under a tree. Harvard Eye understands that the rule stresses people out and they work extra hard to reassure you. That was a huge deal for me, but I adjusted and leaned on them for more emotional support during the evaluation, treatment and surgery planning process. They totally understood my grief and rallied with me.When you get inside the office, they are very hyper about cleanliness and safety. Its FANTASTIC!! The lovelies at the front desk greet you with honest cheerfulness (seriously-Ive been there a zillion times and they are always friendly and super-efficient). They go the whole nine yards with sanitizing their vast eye world. That place is always squeaky clean and they are mindful of your time and keep the appointments on time and on task. Dont be late.They do many of their surgeries at Alicia Surgery center. I was SO glad to find out that their impeccable standards follow them. You wait in your car until they call you (again, loved ones dont come in to keep the germs at bay) and then you are handled with great care. Each time, they were gracious and gentle, but totally followed all Covid precautions. I wore my mask the entire time (as did they) and t the oxygen mask was put under my mask. They sanitized and wiped everything down constantly. The process was easy and streamlined. Instructions were clear and post-op has been seamless.The very part of this whole thing is that I can see again! Im still healing, but I can already see better than I have in years. Thats a big deal for me. I really value the care and consideration Harvard Eye gives me. If youre facing any eye challenges, this is the place for you!
