GREAT EXPERIENCE with drive-through eye pressure check! I received a follow-up appointment call from Harvard Eye Associates a few days ago for a drive-through eye pressure check, but I hesitated due to my fear of contraction by COVID 19. The staff called me again a couple of days later and explained how drive-through eye pressure check works, I was convinced and went on the following day. To my big pleasant surprise, the whole process is very safe and short. I arrived on time and followed the sign to get into the drive-through lane in the parking garage. A staff at the entrance got the ticket for me so that I did not have to Lusaka the bottom. About 20 yards further down the lane was a nurse, who verified my info and got my records ready for the doctor. He placed my record folder on the hood of my car and directed me to my doctor Dr. Teymoorian, a super nice doctor. Dr. T asked me a couple of questions then checked my eye pressure with a hand-held device, and changed my prescription. Then I left. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes, there was zero direct personal contact throughout the whole process, and everyone wore their face masks. I just sat in my car, just lowered the car window. It is a very safe process, no need to worry at all. Great thanks to Dr. T and all in Harvard Eye Associates!

The drive thru eye exam due to the COVID19 issue has enabled to Dr. T to apply his medical skills in a different procedure. The scheduled eye exam appt / drive thru was very convenient for me, no parking issue no waiting in the waiting room. Thank you Dr. T for the new innovative process during these trying times.

I had an appointment to get my eye pressure checked since Im a glaucoma suspect. I was Delighted! to be able to keep my appointment with the new drive-through clinic. I checked in, got in line, got my pressure checked by this young man, and then saw Dr Teymorian at the end. 7 minutes start to finish. Everyone I contacted was gloved and masked. I couldnt have asked for better care!

I have glaucoma and have been a patient of Dr. Teymoorians (Dr. T) for several years. I had an appointment scheduled for today which was canceled because of the Covid-19 virus. Two days ago I received a call from one of Dr. Ts staff advising me that Dr. T was doing an eye pressure check on 4/24 between 2:00pm and 3:00pm in the parking lot of their new facility. It sounded crazy to me but I thought Id give it a try since eye pressure is very important for glaucoma patients. I arrived at about 1:50pm. I had never been to Harvard Eyes new facility. The parking lot is on the left side of the street. There was a big sign directing me to drive into the paring lot and head to the left. There was a person there that met me, asked my name and placed a folder on my windshield. He told me to drive to the end of the lane and stay left. I was met by another staff member who put drops in my eyes and measured my eye pressure. I was then told to go to the right and Dr. T would talk with me. As I made my turn I saw Dr. T waving at me. I drove up to where he was, He asked me some questions and did a minor test. He told me that the pressures were good and someone would be calling me for my next appointment in about four months. Dr. T was standing inside of a hot parking structure wanting to make sure that his patients were taken care of. Thats the kind of doctor he is. While initially I was a little hesitant about getting my eye pressure checked in a parking lot I was very impressed at how well they had the process set up. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. If you have glaucoma and they call you to come to their drive through clinic I highly recommend you do. It couldnt have been easier and Dr. T was great.
