This is a long overdue review for the phenomenal care I received from Dr. Brian Kim and his team of nurses and office staff. So much can be said about the quality of care and professionalism I experienced during my medical emergency eye visit and subsequent follow-up appointment, but I will keep my review succinct and to the point. As mentioned, I came in as an emergency, very last minute possible retinal detachment situation, and Dr. Brian Kim was able to accommodate me. As one can imagine, it was a profoundly stressful situation as I was experiencing vision problems and my mind would jump to the worst case scenario, not knowing what it was that was going on with my eye. Being able to see Dr. Kim with no prior appointment brought an immense sense of relief, and I am grateful that Dr. Kim did what he had to do in order to accommodate me that day, recognizing that I presented a potentially urgent medical situation. Perhaps the highlight of being in Dr. Kim and associates care was the level of professionalism everyone displayed. Medical staff worked quickly and efficiently, but when it came down to it I felt that I could ask questions about my vision health and be provided with knowledgeable and helpful information. The team at Harvard Eye Associates has created a top-notch medical eye clinic equipped with a state of the art facility and a very knowledgeable staff, and is perhaps staffed by more than some of the most talented medical experts in the eye specialist field. Dr Teymorian is excellent. He is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate. You do not feel rushed. I had cataract surgery June 42020 and the other eye done several weeks later He was able to clean up my glaucoma and the surgery was excellent Dr T also treated my 88 year old mother for 5 years and was the kindest to her Thank you Dr T and I would highly recommend him.

My Rating is for Dr Teymoorian the glaucoma Specialist..I had to cataract surgeries June 4,2020 and several weeks later the other was done....It was also able to clean up my glaucoma. Dr. Teymoorian is caring, professional, listens to his patient and has excellent staff....especially Amy who sets all your surgery appts infoYou never feel like Dr T is rushing in and then on to the next patient. You are his main priority. He also took care of my 88 yr old mother for five yearsand personally wrote a sympathy note when she passed. I would highly recommend Dr. T... For his excellent skill as well as his bedside manner... Thank you Dr. T

If you, a friend, or a loved one have a detached retina problem, then you need to see Dr. Sonia Dhoot at Harvard Eye Associates. My retina had detached over the course of a weekend and by Monday morning I was 60% blind in my left eye. I called my optometrist and described my situation, and they told me to immediately go to Harvard Eye. I initially saw Dr. Brian Kim, who did an excellent job diagnosing the situation and explaining everything to me. The following morning I was in surgery with Dr. Dhoot. Her specialty is the retina. She is a brilliant surgeon, extremely intelligent, and very caring and compassionate. She saved my eyesight and I now have close to perfect vision in my left eye. I am very fortunate, thankful and grateful for Dr. Dhoot, Dr. Kim and Harvard Eye Associates.

Over the last 6 months I have had two SLT procedures for Glaucoma and bilateral cataract surgery, all with Dr. Savak Teymoorian. I was well prepared for each procedure by the amazing staff, complete with calendars for the application of drops before and after the cataract surgeries. The handouts were clear and concise and most valuable. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and his staff and the staff of Alicia Surgery Ctr where the cataract surgery was done. All the appropriate Covid precautions were in place and I had no concerns on that issue. I had tri-focal lenses inserted in each eye following the removal of the cataracts. My vision was quite clear shortly after the surgery each time and now a few weeks after the second surgery, my vision is exceptional. This from someone who has worn either glasses or contacts since I was in the 6th grade and Im now in my 70s. I couldnt be more thrilled and I stand in awe of Dr. Teymoorians skill. He is amazing. The staff was proud to tell me that he is always on time and having been in the medical field for many years myself I know that is a rarity and shows significant respect by the doctor for his patients and staff. I would give Dr. Teymoorian and his staff 10 stars if it was available. Thank You.
