As a new patient having recently moved to the area, I had many questions about my eyes. The initial exam was comprehensive and based on my personal questions. I received all the answers I needed and plan to make this office a part of my future.

Im compelled to write this review concerning Doctor Diana Kersten who by far exceeded my expectations on so many levels. Ive had serious issues and complications with both eyes including detached retina. I desperately needed a cataract surgery performed and was told to have it soon to restore my vision. Because of the delicate nature of my eyes I had to be in the care of the best and thats when Doctor Kersten was recommended to carry on with the surgery. I have never been so impressed with the level of care I received from the moment I stepped into the facility until my departure. Doctor Kersten and the staff were amazing, they were kind and extremely professional. Doctor Kersten was so attentive and gentle, she performed the surgery with such ease and calmness. She kept me engaged and assured me every step of the way. Before I knew it the surgery was over, I was sent home with a care package and many well wishes. I went back to see Doctor Kersten who gave me the best news ever, my vision is now 20/20. I highly recommend her to anyone who is reluctant about a sensitive surgery, i cant thank her enough for the best care I was given. SincerelyAni Mirzaian

I can only speak for my 3 HEA visits.I was attended to and treated by Dr. Noguchi at the San Clemente outlet, had a minor eye procedure and cant gush enough about he and his assistants.My first HEA encounter was with Dr. Wang at the Laguna Hills office several weeks previously, no offense but the sheer size of that facility was a little off-putting, it felt assembly line. No specific complaint other than that.I was made to feel comfortable in the significantly more modest SC outlet from the moment I walked in the door, desk personnel were cordial and I waited for only a few minutes in close proximity to my appointment time.....I didnt get the spelling of the assistant that I saw during both visits (diagnostic/procedure 1 month ago, then follow-up today 8/26), but she, like Dr. Noguchi, was very personable and upbeat.Dr. Noguchi was very patient and thorough in his explanation regarding the procedure he performed plus that follow-up exam/interview.He made sure that I understood what hed done plus gave me some eye care, proactive tips to (hopefully) avoid similar future problems.Id personally recommend him!

I recently went here for my dry eye problem that Ive had ever since I had Lasik. I had been to two other doctors and been on several meds that didnt help. I decided to try this place and met with Dr. Karen. She was super nice and you could tell she knew her stuff. All I have to say is that my eyes feel the best they have been in years! She prescribed me the correct meds and I feel like I have a fresh set of eyeballs!
