We have been going to Harvard Eye Associates for many. years. 2 months ago my husband had a fall and his eye was bleeding and swollen. Dr. Sears looked at the eye and had to do a surgery.She has been so caring and informative. My husband is well now. We owe his recovery to Dr. Sears. She returns calls right away. Very professional and caring Doctor. We really appreciate Dr Sears and will always be thankful to her. My husband has been going to Dr. T who has looked after my husbands eye pressure.All the helpers who work with the Doctors are also very caring and very helpful.Thank You everyone at harvard Eye.

Despite the overwhelming busyness of the office, which was filled to capacity, and the lengthy queue I formed to check in for my appointment, Ellas warm smile and attentive demeanor made the experience truly remarkable. Not only did she efficiently check me in, but she also diligently recorded the names of all other patients, ensuring that we could all find seats comfortably. However, given the substantial size of the practice, it is evident that larger waiting areas are necessary to accommodate the growing number of patients. Ellas professionalism extended beyond the initial check-in. After my appointment, she engaged in friendly conversation, demonstrated patience, and exhibited genuine kindness. As an older patient who was dilated, I found it challenging to view my phone. Ellas calm and composed demeanor amidst the chaos of Harvard Eye Clinic was greatly appreciated. I needed cataract surgery in both eyes. I could not tell who was walking toward me anymore. Often time it was a very close friend. I could not read the signs on each aisle of the grocery store. My prescriptions were useless now. I am so grateful for Harvard Eyes friendly and focused office staff. I had Dr. Kristen who I felt soooo comfortable with - I had no anxiety whatsoever. I knew they were using the best technology and that I didnt need to worry about ANY PART of the treatment including the surgery itself. So easy and such amazing results.
